Please help my family get out of Gaza

My name is Sleman Shnewra

and I am from Gaza, Palestine.

We all know about the reality of what is happening in Gaza right now and what has been happening for so many months now. The war has torn apart my city and my family too.

Like many others, I tried to protect my family and find shelter to keep us together. We have faced food shortages, bombing, homelessness, water shortages and perhaps the most terrifying thing for us, the lack of availability and huge cost of medication.

My daughter, Rama, is highly disabled and needs medication and care.

My wife, Maha, and my two daughters, Rama and Jasmin are already in Egypt ,Rama is receiving medical support. However, with me being in Gaza still, I am unable to work and pay for the cost of medication.

My daughter Rama and I are receiving treatment, but Yasmine is there with her mother and is not receiving academic education

Of course, you know about the conditions of my daughter Rama, who has quadriplegia and cerebral palsy. She always needs someone to help her mother with carrying, attention, and transportation from one place to another.

I am still in Gaza with my two sons and want to reunite with my family so that we can rebuild our lives now. This war has taken everything from us and we only have each other left.

Our resources are exhausted which is why I turn to you to ask for help with raising funds for medical treatment for my Rama and for the fees to help me and my sons evacuate to Egypt and join my family there.
