Walk The Camino For The Cork Foyer

Hi Guys

So on June 26th I'm setting off to Spain to do the last leg of the Camino Sarria to Santiago de comostela walking 130kms over 6 days. I will be doing it with my Mum Betty Cashman and my Uncle and his wife and their son John, June & Kieran O Rahilly and Junes Brother Donal O'Connor.

I've decided while I am doing it for myself why not also do it for a charity and where else better than a local Cork based charity like,

The Cork Youth Foyer

The Cork Youth Foyer is a service that provides supports to young people that have found it difficult to navigate life in the early years of their adulthood. It's a service that provides them with accommodation in a homely setting giving them the chance to thrive and grow as a person. Not only does it give them a safe environment with security and support. The Foyer provides so many things to each resident like routine, independence, emotional support, social skills and job skills. It's a service that My family and i will be forever greatful for because it helped my youngest brother. Who now is the most beautiful caring hard working strong man and what he has accomplished I will always be so proud of him and Very Greatful to The Foyer and all the staff there for helping through some tough times especially the late Denis Murphy.

By doing this go fund me it's a way of saying Thank you to everyone at The Foyer.

And with whatever is raised I hope it helps The Foyer support others or get resources they really need.
