Hi, this is Tyler, hes from California and he is a long way from home, after chasing what he thought would be a love story ending, he boarded a plane after serving 10 years in Utah penitentiary for his drug addiction. He was 19 years old and got ten years! He has never been taught any different, he grew up in a very abusive, toxic childhood, surrounded by what he grew into, chaos. Tyler has came a long way, he is a Godly young man, he is a fighter, an overcomer! He has worked very hard to change and teach himself a better way of living life, however, the woman that found him on a website while in prison completely fooled him, decieved him, as we live in very deceitful times today, he got put in a situation where he recieved charges by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is not Justice! This is a case where the courts are taking advantage of a young man with a past, profiling him, using his past against him, which he has worked hard to overcome! He was accepted into the ranch recovery in Clermont County which would be a blessing for him to be able to get out, complete the program or atleast get it started, to prove he is deserving of a chance! He's never had one, he's 30 years old right now, no family, and here all alone. We cant let the courts take advantage of this situation, like I said everything is lined up and ready for him to get out and get into this amazing program! Clermont County is not willing to let him out, his bond is 35,000 but he can be bailed out for 3,500 10 percent. I believe in 2nd chances, in this case it would be a first chance, he didnt have one as a child, teen nor an adult. Help me, help Tyler! He has a couple more court dates before sentencing, he needs bailed out before sentencing to get into program and file motion to suppress , it is more drug charges that was not his whatsoever, he was not even in the car , they charged him because he is the perfect fall guy, another perfect victim to be swept under the rug, and shipped off to a prison cell, which the county recieves payment for, this will especially occur because he is unknown and unfamiliar, this is NOT JUSTICE! Help Save Tyler, thank you! Have compassion, set judgements aside and let God move you.
