❤️ For Jamaica with Love: Hurricane Melissa Recovery

Hurricane Melissa has left many communities across Jamaica in ruins. In response, Gloria’s Heart of Gold initiative and Lotus Creations Academy have joined forces to aid in disaster relief, supporting families as they rebuild and recover.

Who We Are and Why We Are Helping:

We were born and raised in Jamaica, hailing from the parishes of St. James and St. Elizabeth, and now live in New York City.

Watching the heartbreaking videos and images of the devastation, we felt a deep call to action. We are focusing our efforts on helping our families and neighbors in the western region—specifically St. James and St. Elizabeth—which are two of the most impacted areas.

Gloria’s Heart of Gold was created in honor of our late grandmother and is dedicated to helping people in need through care, compassion, and action.

Lotus Creations Academy, established in 2014, is a Brooklyn based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the performing arts and elevate communities through artistic expression.

Together, this partnership channels your generosity into direct action on the ground where it is needed most.

How Your Donation Will Be Used:

We will travel to Jamaica to manage disbursements as a family. Funds raised will provide immediate emergency relief supplies to families who have lost everything:
