Donation protected
As most of you may already know, Martha & I will be joining Dr. Rohrer and his Tufts Medical School team on a Global Health Initiative to Siuna, Nicaragua this coming February. We will be working alongside Bridges to Community, a non-profit organization, where we will be setting up a clinic for those in need of medical attention as well as providing preventative care to residents within the region.
With a non-profit organization rescources are very limited. This leaves those of us volunteering to provide more than just our services and time away from work, but all of our travel expenses as well.
After putting our heads together Martha and I thought perhaps if we reached out to our family, friends and colleagues - we may very well find many who are like minded and willing to help us reach our financial goal. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated and will go directly to our Medical Mission invoices.
We're both very excited and thankful to be able to join such a meaningful and important opportunity. We truly believe the residents of Siuna will be giving us much more than we could ever offer them, and for that we are so grateful.
