- Empowering consumers and captioners as they work together to influence change and policy.
- Spreading education and awareness about achieving and maintaining equal and effective communication access.
- Providing the NER-Certified Speech-to-Text Provider certification to sustain the quality of all methods of captioning.
- Providing educational and networking opportunities for captioning consumers, captioning advocates, and captioners.
