This is our once a year request for donations.

This year the Squealing Piglets ride to the South Coast of NSW.

We have identified a worthy charity located in Moruya called The Family Place. (Registered as charity - EUROBODALLA FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICE INC)

The Family Place has been providing support for families impacted by social disadvantage, domestic violence and homelessness in the Eurobodalla for over 30 years.

They have been building on the existing strength and resilience of our community through the provision of therapeutic and practical support, financial counselling, intensive family preservation, cultural revitalisation projects and targeted support for children and young people to break the cycle of violence, intergenerational trauma and social disadvantage.

Initially established as the Eurobodalla Family Support Service, the organisation rebranded in 2019 to become The Family Place – a name that has become much more reflective of the holistic work we do with individuals and families and also in the community development, healing and recovery space.

Their approach is genuinely collaborative, with a real focus on empowering Aboriginal communities.
