Walkable Ottawa started in 2020 and is a homegrown initiative to transition Ottawa's maturing neighbourhoods into walkable communities.

We believe that the best solutions are achieved through comprehensive collaboration and conversations enriched by research, projections & 3D modeling.

We are leading a “roll up the sleeves” approach to convert good ideas into practical and attainable solutions for our neighbourhoods.

In the past year and a half we have come a long way and made a real difference and influenced city policy, but our volunteers are stretched thin.
