Baby in hospital, need help

My baby was born on July 25th, 2023. I was so excited, this would be my first live birth and I enjoyed my pregnancy, it was legitamately the best time of my life. On August 24th, 2023 I took my baby for her pediatrician for all around fussyness and a fever of 102.7 with a dose of Tylenol. I brought my child in to the local hospital as instructed by her pediatrician. Essentially, I told the nurse that my baby was not using her neck as she normally would. The nurse stated that my child was in fact using her neck. I still mentioned I felt something was not right. The nurse then told me "we can do a lumbar puncture. So we're going to take this really big needle, and shove it into her back. It is going to hurt." I informed the nurse that I wasn't worried about it hurting, I was worried about my child being paralyzed. The nurse said "well that's always a possibility" and "I dont know what to tell you, babies move" and gave me a clip board with all the possibilities that could happen during the procedure. Once I was given the clip board with consent, the nurse said "the choice is yours spoke to both the nurse and the doctor about my daughter guarding her neck and not Turing it side to side. The doctor kind of rolled his eyes and said "we can do a lumbar puncture if it will make you feel better". When the nurse presented the LP poorly to me, and told me that this was 100% elective, I told her I didn't want to do it and she said "the doctor agrees with your decision to not do the LP". The nurse told me that the doctor thought it was "just a virus going around" and the nurse felt it was pertinent information to tell me that she was diagnosed with meningitis, and she knows it is NOT meningitis.
After bringing her home, not even 24 hours later, I brought my child back to the ER and she was having focal seizures. The same doctor was still in the ER and was her ER physician again. She had a Grandmal seizure in the Emergency room and the event was not documented even though 2 nurses came rushing in to place my 4 week old on her side.
Houston is where she was diagnosed with meningitis, and it took 3 weeks for anyone to be able to identify if it was viral or bacterial. Once they knew it was bacterial, the bacteria took another week to be identified. She was also diagnosed with Sepsis, a brain abcess, and we were in the hospital for 7 weeks for the bacterial meningitis and sepsis.
She has had further complications and is delayed due to the injury of her brain.
My daughter is now 15 months old, and she is currently having test after test run. My husband is her caretaker 100% of the time and at any given moment would have to drop what he is doing to take our daughter where she needs to go. Typically, her doctors are in Downtown Houston and he has to be there on average two to three times a month. Her prognosis is fair, but considering the doctors are learning about this bacteria from her and 2 other children, there is no projection.
We have no support from the state regarding SNAP or TANF, for reasons unknown. No one can give me a reason as to why I cannot get benefits. With that being said, we are a one income household. We are trying every avenue imaginable and we just keep falling short. I would like to get a new manufactured home and new septic system to remedy our living situation. We also are battling black mold in our only working bathroom and it's in my eldest daughters room.
I'm looking to raise $10,000 to help with family being displaced. I really am not able to take any negativity, as I am at my limit emotionally, and I wouldn't be putting my business out there unless I really needed help.
