Hey everyone, my name is Halina Topa and I’m the founder of People’s Review Board — a platform and movement built to help give everyday people a voice when they feel ignored, unheard, or mistreated by systems that are supposed to protect them.

I created this because I’ve seen too many people struggle with getting transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. A lot of people feel powerless when dealing with corruption, injustice, false narratives, or situations where their side of the story never truly gets heard. The goal of People’s Review Board is to create awareness, support community voices, encourage documentation, and help shine light on stories that deserve attention.

Right now, I’m raising funds to help grow the platform, improve the website, create educational and promotional materials, expand outreach, and build the foundation needed to turn this into something that can genuinely help people long term. Funds will also help with operational costs, media production, travel, community events, and giving this movement the professional structure it needs to reach more people.

This isn’t backed by a big corporation or investors — it’s grassroots, independent, and community-driven. Every share, donation, and word of support helps move this vision forward.
