<div>Hey everyone, my name is Halina Topa and I’m the founder of People’s Review Board — a platform and movement built to help give everyday people a voice when they feel ignored, unheard, or mistreated by systems that are supposed to protect them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I created this because I’ve seen too many people struggle with getting transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. A lot of people feel powerless when dealing with corruption, injustice, false narratives, or situations where their side of the story never truly gets heard. The goal of People’s Review Board is to create awareness, support community voices, encourage documentation, and help shine light on stories that deserve attention.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Right now, I’m raising funds to help grow the platform, improve the website, create educational and promotional materials, expand outreach, and build the foundation needed to turn this into something that can genuinely help people long term. Funds will also help with operational costs, media production, travel, community events, and giving this movement the professional structure it needs to reach more people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t backed by a big corporation or investors — it’s grassroots, independent, and community-driven. Every share, donation, and word of support helps move this vision forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you to everyone who believes in standing up for truth, accountability, and the power of people using their voices together.
</div>

</div>

<div>Day 721 — Building a Vision Bigger Than Me

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Story:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This isn’t just a fundraiser — this is a turning point.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For the past few years, I’ve been all in on building something real from nothing. No shortcuts. No safety net. Just faith, consistency, and a vision that refuses to die.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m an independent artist and creative, building through music, photography, and storytelling — not just for attention, but to create something that actually means something. Something that connects. Something that inspires.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I call this journey Day 721.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It represents survival, growth, and pushing forward even when everything around you says stop.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Right now, I’ve been given an opportunity to step into a higher level — working closely with a respected industry mentor who has helped develop major artists and understands how to build real, sustainable careers.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This isn’t about hype. This is about structure, strategy, and doing things the right way.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>But opportunities like this require real investment.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My goal is to raise <strong>$36,000 to fully step into this next phase.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Where the money goes:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>• Professional marketing &amp; promotion to grow a real audience

</div>

<div>• High-quality music videos and visual content

</div>

<div>• Equipment upgrades to deliver industry-level work

</div>

<div>• Brand development and expansion of the Day 721 movement

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Why this matters:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This isn’t about chasing fame.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>This is about proving that someone can bet on themselves, stay authentic, and still build something powerful.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It’s about showing people that you don’t have to stay stuck.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It’s about turning struggle into something that actually creates opportunity — not just for me, but for everyone who connects with the message.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you’re reading this…

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Maybe you’ve:

</div>

<div>• Felt stuck

</div>

<div>• Wanted more out of life

</div>

<div>• Or believed in building something bigger than your current situation

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Then you understand what this is.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Support looks different for everyone:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>• Donate if you can

</div>

<div>• Share this with someone who might believe in the vision

</div>

<div>• Follow the journey and be part of what’s being built

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>---

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Closing:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m going to reach this goal — with or without help.

</div>

<div>But if you believe in the vision, this is your moment to be part of it.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Day 721. Still building. Still rising.

</div>
