Watoto Orphanage, Uganda

Hi my name is Rosemary and I am headed to Watoto, Uganda with my grandson Henry and other volunteers on the 10th of February 2025 helping in the Watoto Orphanage and Village.

I would be very grateful as would the children and women of Watoto villages for any donation how ever big or small!

Donations will help us with purchasing and transport costs of items such as clothing, hygiene products, medical equipment, baby bottles and teets and much more!

Many babies in Uganda are orphaned or abandoned, often found at bus stops, churches, hospitals, and even found by the side of the road. We thank God that, together, we can change their stories.

Some of our babies come to us with serious medical conditions, or have been abused or neglected and suffer from physical and emotional trauma. Others just need lots of cuddles, clean diapers, warm milk and a nanny who loves them. Regardless of how they come to us, we provide the love and care they need to grow up healthy and whole.

Our goal is to help our babies bond, develop and thrive—knowing we’re raising Africa’s future pilots, lawyers, builders and leaders.
