More information about Good Samaritans of Garland, Inc.: Good Samaritans of Garland, "Good Sam", envisions a community in which everyone has access to sufficient nutritious food by compassionately providing food assistance for our hungry and food-insecured neighbors. Good Sam was formed in 1983 from an alliance of four Garland faith communities with the purpose of providing centrally-located services for the underserved community at no cost.
