Give Wolfgang a leg up

My name is Cody and Im starting this gofundme in an attempt to give my nephew Wolfgang Taylor a leg up.

He has unfortunately had a very rough start in life. He was diagnosed by teachers mid way through elementary school with Autism. Without going into too much detail, he wasn’t taught, nurtured or given any of tools he would need to survive on his own.

My Father Golden and his wife Joni have always fought hard in his defense and for his protection. Sacrificed much to give him a chance in life. They took him into their home full time as a young man and have painstakingly and successfully set him him up for a much more promising future.

We were all so very pleased to see him doing so well despite his limitations and his troubled upbringing. He had been working so hard and reliably at a job for so long now. He got his drivers license, saved up and purchased his first car! And a savings account he proudly worked at. In fact he’d been doing so well that he wanted to take that big first step of moving out into his own apartment. With trepidation my parents helped him prepare. He was ready.

Sadly straight away he became the victim of fraud from two different individuals. Taking his hard earned deposit money and leaving him empty handed. Then His car broke down days after he moved out. While it was on the side of the road waiting to be towed some people removed parts from it. Leaving it virtually worthless to him. And making finding a new job near his new place much more difficult as well. One road block after another.

Long story short - this poor kid needs a break. He needs some support from anyone who can.He needs a reason to believe his efforts to be independent are not in vain. That he does have a future ahead of him. And good people do exist. It could make all the difference for him trying so hard to start his life.
