Give the Waits Family the Best Christmas Ever

Members of the Hastings community and folks from around the country have been asking - “What can we do to help and support the Waits family?”

Their main goal, by telling their story, was to raise awareness so that other families won’t have to endure what they’ve been through, including bullying, attacks, and fear for their child’s safety.

Maybe you’ve heard that the Waits family will be moving to a new house, outside of Hastings.

After nearly 10 years of curating special and unique spaces throughout what they thought was their forever home, they no longer feel safe in their neighborhood.

Just weeks before Christmas, they’ll be leaving their dream home and all their hard work behind. The Waits children are devastated to leave their special spaces behind. This is a big transition and not one they saw coming.

Our hope is to help them feel safe, welcomed, and loved in their new home at Christmas. What can we do to help?
