Give my Uncle a Funeral

My uncle Chris Tracy passed away this afternoon suddenly of a heart attack. My family is in shock and unable to afford to cremate and fund a celebration of life. We are asking for anything you can spare to help.

My uncle is survived by his wife, Petra (not by law but by love) of 38 years. Due to her disability her legal guardian could not allow her to get married. With this in mind, Petra has no finances to fund funeral costs. As well, they were both on fixed incomes due to their disabilities, which had a negative effect on their savings accounts.

Late last year Chris's dog Oscar passed away and was buried in Chris and Petra's backyard. It was while he was spending a moment at Oscar's grave that Chris collapsed from a heart attack and passed an hour later.

He helped raise me and my brother and gave us our love of movies and comics. He was an avid Trekker and loved anything Star Wars too, which was always obvious from his favorite graphic t-shirts. When he wasn't wearing a movie shirt he was covered head to toe in Chiefs colors.
