My name is Lori Hall, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother, Greg. Five years ago, Greg’s life changed forever after a devastating fall that left him paralyzed. Since that day, he has been confined to a wheelchair and has faced challenges most of us can hardly imagine.

Greg is mentally challenged, but he is also highly functional, kind-hearted, and full of determination. Before his accident, he worked hard, contributed to his community, and touched so many lives with his gentle spirit. Even now—despite everything he has been through—he continues to smile, joke, and lift up the people around him. His positive attitude is nothing short of inspiring.

There is one thing Greg has asked for, and it’s something so simple that most of us take for granted: the ability to take a real shower again.

Because his home does not have a handicap-accessible shower, Greg has not been able to take a shower since his accident. For five long years, he has gone without something that brings comfort, dignity, and a sense of normalcy. It breaks my heart to see him go without something so basic, especially when he asks for so little.

I am starting this GoFundMe to raise funds to install a fully accessible, wheelchair-friendly shower in Greg’s home. This modification would finally give him back a small but meaningful piece of independence and comfort. For Greg, it would mean the world.
