A Heartfelt Request: Help Save a Loving Father and Husband

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Tamara, and I am reaching out to you with a humble and urgent request. My husband, Brian (also likes to go by BT), is in desperate need of a kidney transplant to survive. He is a loving father to our two very young daughters, Ayanna and Savanna, who are in need of their dad every single day.

For the past 20 years, Brian has been battling kidney failure, and his condition has reached a critical point where a transplant is his only hope for survival. Despite his strength and resilience, this is a challenge he cannot face alone. We are now turning to the kindness and generosity of others in hopes of finding a living kidney donor who could offer him the gift of life.

If you or someone you know might be able to consider donating a kidney to my husband, it would mean everything to us. A living donor can help my husband regain his health and provide our family with the future we desperately hope for.

•Medical bills

•Immunosuppressant medication needed for the rest of Brian’s life

•Out of pocket medicine

•Out of pocket doctor appointments

•Transportation (I.e. parking garage fees, flights to hospitals further away, rental cars when out of state, etc)

•Lodging (I.e. pre evaluation appt, post transplant appts near hospital)

•Small portion will help with advertisement and spreading the word (we are making flyers, yard signs, shirts, car stickers, and would like to try to do a billboard, etc.)

•Unforeseen post transplant care

•Dialysis fees/ co payments, machine costs, etc. (if he does not receive a kidney in time)
