This is for Brian, for whom I just found out last night has found himself in a terrible spot. He’s a Raider blog friend of mine, #18 in the pic (Moss, seriously, Purvis?). Pillaging Just For Fun (PillagingJustForFun.com) is an online community of Raider fans, that decided about half a dozen years ago to start meeting up. I’ve personally met and made several friends from this blog, and Brian is one of them. 

Anyway, we were blogging last night, and Brian posted that his “wife” Lorene of 25+ years (in quotes because they weren’t actually married, more on that later) had passed on Tuesday. Moreover, he’s not set up financially to handle the house/farm himself. 

On top of everything else, it seems the home they were living in was not left to him, but to Lorene’s grandson, and Brian has been asked to leave in 6 months. So he’s soon going to be homeless. 

My hope is to get Brian a couple of bucks so he can get an apartment perhaps or another home. Whatever he chooses. Whatever isn’t the street.
