This Holiday Season, the Cinema Lofts Condo Association has once again established a Holiday Fund for the building staff. Our staff help to make the Association a wonderful place to live.

The Holiday Fund will be distributed to the Association's staff members as allocated by the Board of Directors. Please provide a comment with your contribution if you feel a staff member deserves special consideration in 2025. All feedback will be shared with the Board in determining the distribution of the holiday fund.

The standard recommendation from the Board for the size of contribution per unit is $80.00. This is only a guide and residents should make any contribution they feel is appropriate. All contributions are voluntary. Residents may also choose to give to the staff on an individual basis if preferred.

Please submit your contribution by Friday, December 12. This will allow the Board sufficient time to distribute the gifts prior to the holidays. Late contributions are still welcome and will be distributed after the holidays.
