I met Anthony after a concerned local resident asked me to check up on a gentleman who was taking up residence under the bridge at Palmetto Park Road and Boca Rio Road, just west of the Florida Turnpike. She said she had noticed him since this past winter and he had been steadily accumulating items over time, but that he seemed to be a pretty normal-looking guy. As a female, she was afraid to check on his well-being.

As you can see from the video, Anthony is no different than you or me. Unfortunately, a series of setbacks led to Anthony being homeless. But he has an earnest desire to work, the ability to, a long history of it, no arrest record, and no addictions. I promised Anthony I would do my best to help him get back on his feet and off the street. He would love a job in the grocery market retail space.
