Give a Voice to Four Brave Children in Need

Hi, we are asking for help raising money for an attorney to be the voice for 4 young children.

My strong mother has taken on 4 of her grandchildren, who have severe trauma and trouble with day-to-day activities such as school or even simple things like going to the store or playing outside with others.

So you understand some of what they are going through, I will briefly explain some current memories and behaviors they have to deal with and then what we are asking help for.

As for behavior, some of the kids have night terrors where they wake up wetting the bed. Some of the kids have high energy that is uncontrollable at times, causing them to run and have destructive behaviors. This happens at home as well as school, which is leading to falling behind in school and socially.

All children have memories that are unbelievable and hard to believe they could go through some of these things and still come out with such big, sweet, kind hearts. Some memories include being food deprived, locked in small spaces for hours and days on end, having no toys or clothes, or even simple things like silverware to eat with. Living in places no kids should be living in.

Now, not to worry, the kids have been living with my mom for years now and doing better, but there is still tons of progress to make. They have therapists, amazing teachers at school that do one-on-one, medical doctors, and many more people on their support team helping to make their life easier and better for them. Not to forget my mom, who has given up her house, her job, and almost everything she owns to help these kids be here and give them her full time and anything they need, whether that be her being at the school helping them get through the day or running around between doctors and appointments to keep them where they need to be mentally and physically. With trauma and PTSD involved, it has become her full-time job.

The kids are set for life; they have an amazing support team and an amazing role model stepping up to raise them.

The only thing they are missing is someone who can be the voice as well as take a load off my mom when it comes to dealing with the parents in court.

The parents have recently upgraded their home and now have it in their heads that after over 3 years with no contact or no shown progress they would like to have their kids back, starting with visits. 3 of the 4 kids are not ready and backed by professionals due to thier severe trauma. The 4th has a no contact order.

Now we do have a lot of professionals behind us, but due to them being professionals, we need them subpoenaed to court. With that, we need an attorney's help.

This battle is not a battle my mom and the babies should have to fight alone. Those babies have been through enough; they need a voice in this. We have found that voice. We just ask for $3000 for the retainer, and he is willing to jump on the case immediately. Please help me raise this money for my mom and protect these babies.
