Give a teen mom a safe & healing birth experience

Dear friends, I need your help!

 

For those that may not know, I am a birth doula and I have a client who is a teen mom that has experienced severe trauma. She is now in a safe foster care home and has the sincerest hope to have a home water birth. Due to my clients age, I can not provide further details in order to protect her privacy. She never thought this was a possibility for her but it would be such an incredible gift to her. A home birth midwife is not covered by insurance or Medicaid and given her history, a home birth would be an extremely safe, and healing environment for her to birth her baby. I know this is a big ask with very little details but I ask that you trust me when I say how much of difference you will be making in my clients life if you donate. $6,000 will cover the cost of her midwifery care with a phenomenal LM, Certified Professional Midwife, and any other birth expenses.
