Ginkgo Organic Gardens 2020-2021

Ginkgo Organic Gardens is a unique community garden in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.  As part of the NeighborSpace network of community gardens, we use sustainable agricultural practices to grow heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables to provide high quality food to those in need in our community. With the help of a dedicated group of volunteers, we were able to provide 800 lbs of food to the Vital Bridges food pantry this past year!

Please help us continue to serve our community. Last year's donations allowed us to buy new compost bins and replace two of our raised beds. Next year we are hoping to replace our deteriorating fruit tree bed and fix our shed's roof. In addition, donations help us buy seeds and tools. Any donation amount is appreciated!

Thanks,

The Ginkgo Team
