Gina and Matthew Letellier Support Fund

Recently, our dear friend, Gina, was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive, untreatable form of cancer. She is now fighting valiantly in ICU, her family by her side.  

Anyone who knows this amazing woman knows that she is a fighter, one who has been fighting for a very long time, for her life and wellness, and for her sweet, smart son. Matthew is Gina's world -- she has lived each day since his birth with the goal of ensuring her beloved boy is happy and thriving, has every opportunity to follow his dreams, and knows just how much he is loved.

As Gina and her family navigate the harsh possibility of Gina's absence, and shoulder the heavy burden of the days and months ahead, we hope to carry some small part of that load by helping support Matthew's education and opportunities going forward.

Classmates, colleagues and friends know that Gina has always placed a high value on education, her own and Matthew's. Gina has not asked for this fund, nor does she expect it, but I trust that this outpouring of support, in keeping with her values and her wishes, will buoy her with some small hope and comfort.

It is said that it takes a village to raise a child. In this enormously difficult time, and those to come, I'm sure it would mean the world to Gina, and to Matthew, to know that they have a village behind them.
