Some of you may know that this past week, my father lost his beloved "Horse," aka Raven. This trusty horse had seen my dad through a lot. However, what is a cowboy without a horse? My broken heart tried to figure out what to do to ease the pain my dad and mom, who now live on a ranch with my sister and brother-in-law, feel and gift them a horse to help on the ranch. Well, this is what I came up with. Even if you can only help a little, every dollar will be a gift for my parents. Those of you in the equestrian world know how expensive horses are, so you know that even though he will pick an older horse, "like the old cowboy who rides him," it will be pricey. My dad has been there for a lot of people over the years, and now is your chance to be part of this important gift. This is a surprise for them, and they don't have social media, so please do not reach out directly to either of them.
