I've been in touch with people on the ground in Houston providing search and rescue missions for people trapped in their homes. That said, I'm looking to get to Houston, but the cost of the flights are a bit more than I anticipated. With water levels still rising and Houston being the 4th largest city in the country, they need all the help they can get.

I plan on flying to East College Station on Friday morning, and making my way down to Houston thereafter. I'm going regardless, but if any of my friends or family are willing to help me offset the costs, it would be incredibly appreciated.

If I receive any additional funds, they will go directly to gas and diesel costs to run the boats and trucks currently being used. If for whatever reason I don't end up using it for that, I will donate it to the Red Cross. Which I will of course post here. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me get there.
