My daughter Eiliyah and her team at SC Surf Soccer Club have had an amazing year. Through hard work and dedication from a wonderful group of young ladies, they have qualified for the Girls Academy National playoffs in Oceanside, California. This would be amazing news alone but this past weekend Kaelyn was asked to guest play on her age groups Girls Academy team at the national showcase in Oceanside, California the same week as Eiliyah. Club soccer in America is not only demanding of the young athletes competing but the parents in support of their kids dreams as well. All 3 of my girls play it and love it. To get behind their dream I had to make a decision professionally. I had to leave Costco after 12+ years because retail nights and weekends didn’t allow me to help support their dreams at all. Sometimes the girls are in 3 different cities. It takes a Village. Now I’m calling on our village around the country to help get K-Lo, E and Me to Cali! We need to raise $4,000 to cover plane tickets, lodging and food. And we need to do it fast. Please help support youth sports, dedicated families backing their kids dreams and young ladies who are not just good soccer players but great teammates, students and members of their community by donating today. I’m so proud of the hard work my daughters put into all they do and I’m appreciative of anything you can do to help this chapter in the dream come true.
