Dear friends and kind strangers,

My name is Martell im from London, and I’m reaching out on behalf of someone very dear to me—my Auntie Cutie. Right now, she’s in Jamaica, where the beautiful island she calls home has been turned upside down by Hurricane Melissa. The storm has brought not just winds and rain, but a wave of hardship: government aid is stretched thin, and the aftermath has led to looting and the spread of disease.

We’re hoping to bring Auntie Cutie over to stay with us for a couple of months, just until things settle down back home. The funds we raise will help cover her airfare and a few cozy winter clothes to keep her warm in our cooler climate—because she’s used to the lovely island sunshine!
