The General Practice Club is a group of RCSI students who are interested in all things GP. The RCSI Swim Club is a group of RCSI students who love all things water. This year we are collaborating to raise funds for SafetyNet Primary Care in Dublin.

We are hosting a sea swim on Sunday 19th October 2025 from 10:30-12:30. Please come along to the Forty Foot in Sandycove, Co. Dublin - bring your family, friends and classmates and join us while we take the plunge!

Safetynet Primary Care is a medical charity that delivers quality care to those marginalised in society without access to healthcare. Their vision is for everyone has equal access to healthcare and should have a fair opportunity to attain their full health potential and no one should be disadvantaged from achieving this potential. Their mission is to deliver high quality healthcare services for homeless people and others socially excluded who otherwise would not receive care and to promote their wellbeing while advocating for an inclusive health system.

More info about SafetyNet and the work they do please visit their website here: https://www.primarycaresafetynet.ie/
