Get These Guys Rolling

Hi all,

This fundraiser is for our beautiful family
Mitch, Bess, Alex and new addition baby Riley. We would love to gift them with a suitable car that can be fitted out to accommodate Alex’s awesome green wheelchair.

Alex has Pelizaeus Merzbacher Disease (PMD) which is a rare Leukodystrophy. He requires a wheel chair to assist him in moving about. You can read more about PMD here:

This is something they really need to be able to take Alex to school, his medical appointments, therapies and will generally make it a lot easier for them to get around from A to B.  Unfortunately NDIS is unable to fund a wheelchair car for them, they only offer modification to a family’s existing car but require it to be a near new vehicle. So in order for them to partner with us to fund the modification we first need to provide a new enough vehicle to be modified.
