Hey guys! My name is David, and I'm from California. I'm raising money for my buddy Terry. He's a great friend, husband, and dad, he's a former Marine, and he's currently working on being a freelance concept artist.
But here's the deal:
He's working two jobs while going to school full-time. His wife, Jess, is also going to school full-time and is pregnant with their second child.
His only tool for freelance work is a slightly banged-up tablet that is way too small for what he needs to do. 
I'm raising money for him as a gift--he's not the kind of guy to ask for money like this on his own. I really want to gift him with a Cintiq screen, partially to invest in his career (he's talented AND a workhorse), but also to show our appreciation of him as a friend and a person.
