Update 2: We just found out that for some Godforsaken reason, CWS allowed Carl Campagna alone time with our daughter who reported sexual molestation by him. He was able to manipulate her to go back with him. Alone. Our two oldest refused and are in temporary foster care. But terrified for their sister. CWS allowed our daughter, at age 6, to choose between temp foster placement and her reportedly abusive father who is acting like her price charming. She is unable at that age to understand who is and is not safe. This is our system, people. This is why child abuse is so rampant in Hawaii. We are furiously trying to fix this. Help!
