Get our little girl back

Hi, my name is Katie and I am raising money for my partner, Jordan, who has been going through the court system for over 3 years to have consistent contact with his daughter.

Since Jordan and I had our daughter in 2021, contact was stopped between us and his daughter, and our little girl did not get to meet her big sister until she was 2 years of age. Jordan has fought through all court hearings without the help of a solicitor, yet fighting against the other parties solicitor, and has completed everything the other party requested (parenting courses, drugs tests, videos of our house - however unnecessary these have been). Contact has always been granted for Jordan and it is court ordered for us to have my step daughter every other weekend, overnight. However, this has never been stuck to and every time the order is broken by the other party, it is Jordan who has to pay out hundreds of pounds to take it back to court.

There is much more that has gone on behind the scenes of this causing emotional distress to both of us and all 4 of our children, which unfortunately I am unable to disclose due to ongoing police investigations, however our main priority is to be able to have a consistent relationship with my step daughter and for her to know she is a part of our family, and that she is loved and wanted.

We are due to apply back to the court as contact once again was stopped just before Christmas, after the most recent order was only put in place in October. To put it into perspective - we currently have 3 years worth of Christmas presents for my step daughter sat in our loft.

We are asking for funds for the applications to the court, and to raise money for a solicitor to help us resolve this once and for all.
