Hello, we are doing this GoFundMe on behalf of Luis Enrique Padilla and Angela Maldonado Padilla. On Tuesday morning, their life drastically changed in the blink of an eye. On 6/17, Luis was on his way to work early in the morning when he was stopped and taken by ICE. They took him to an immigration facility right away and deported him the next day. He was sent to Tijuana, Mexico, where he was only 8 months old when he left. What a scary situation, getting deported to a place where you've never been and don't know anyone. He has left behind a lovely family, a wife, and 3 kids, the smallest being 6 months old. If you guys knew Luis, you know he was always working to provide for his family, staying out of trouble, and doing the best he could for his family. He is a funny, loving brother, husband, and especially a caring, loving dad.

He is one of the funniest, most caring people I know. Luis and Angie are in the process of getting him papers, but ICE did not care; they simply just stopped him and shipped him off in less than 24 hours. We are working on getting him a lawyer to try and have him back with his family as soon as possible. Whatever you guys would like to give would be appreciated; no donation is too small.
