Get Ed back home to the UK

Hi, I am Julia, I am trying to raise some funds to help my dad get home from Jersey.

He was taken very poorly on the first day of their holiday, he has now been in Intensive Care in a coma for nearly 3 weeks.

His insurance have badly let him down, which means it’s going to cost £12,750 to repatriate him back to Basildon ICU.

this is a huge financial worry for all the family who have not only had to deal with him being away from home but it’s the added financial pressure of accommodation and expenses for mum who needs to stay with dad.

He is the kindest most generous man you could ever meet, so if anyone is able to contribute just a little something to help towards getting him home or even share this post we would all be forever grateful

The target amount has been changed as people are still wanting to donate, any money raised after the repatriation bill will go towards helping the costs of mum’s accommodation as this was also denied by their insurance company.
