Hello,
Let me introduce myself and my partner,
My name is Shanice, I'm 28, I live in Wales, UK and my partners name is Shaughn, he's 29 and living in NY, USA We're both hoping to get some help please...
Myself and Shaughn have been in a long distance relationship since October 2021. As you just read I'm from the UK and he's from the US.
❤️
We're in a very committed relationship and would love to finally be able to live together. BUT there are a few things stopping us... Back last year I looked around and found us an apartment which we are both contributing to the payments, as that's 2 of the things needed for him to be able to move here:
1. Our own address
2. Joint payments
Here's a little back story if you're interested:
-We met online (Twitch) back in April 2021. After hours of talking and getting to know one another, we finally got into a relationship in October 2021. He then flew over here in January 2022, and that's when we finally got to meet in person for the first time, after hours and hours of talking/seeing eachother on a video call. It was the best feeling in the world! I then visited him in the US for the first time in April 2022, to which we then have been going back and forth to be able to see/spend time with one another. The hello's are amazing but every goodbye is unbearable... We honestly feel like we've hit the jackpot finding eachother, it's just distance that's trying to keep us apart... BUT here we are still going strong in 2025! Please help make our wish come true.
I'm honestly not normally one that would ask for help, but this means so much to both of us!
We both work full-time, but saving is quite difficult in this day and age, unfortunately... So to speed up the process we're hoping to raise half of the funding money to help towards getting his visa for him to be able to move here (UK) permanently.
Anything will be a major help in the situation we're in right now and we will be forever grateful.
Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a wonderful day! ❤️♾️
