Get a modified wheelchair accessible vehicle

Hello! My name is Phillip and I am asking people to help raise money to purchase a vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) to get modified so I can start driving again. About three years ago I lost my job working for a contractor to the Navy. I searched for a year to find a job that fit me, my experience, and my progressing limitations due to my disease. I have a progressive disease called Pompe Disease. It is a disease that can be very difficult to adjust to due to its progression in nature. For example, I am in a wheelchair now but was walking with little limitations 7 to 8 years ago. I entered back into the workforce 2 years ago, working for the state. It's a great job, I just make half what I made working for the military contractor. I want be able to get back the independence, drive myself places (work, doctors appts, etc), and help with family things (kids sports, Dr appt, etc). When I lost my ability to drive all the duties that were shared, all fell on my wife. With three kids and wheelchair bound husband, nothing comes easy. Any help/donation amount would help me in getting this new vehicle.
