Get a loving grandfather home to Australia

Hi, I'm the next of kin to my dad who is stuck in Thailand. A long story short.. he had met a Thai woman approx 5 yrs ago, she made him believe she would marry him it was love. As he had gone there and helped her she pretended she had cancer etc usual sob stories he sold his home and she took all his money ($70k from house plus more over the extended years). He couldn't really see she was using him. So he came back to (Tasmania) Australia, planning to go back settle with her. Due to covid had not got back until recently. So obviously her stories and pretending to love him was so real to him. He went back approximately 2 months go only being on a disability pension she's taken all his $$ and kicked him out, then come payday done the same thing. So ended up he was without money, anywhere to stay and was on the streets he has starved and deterioted within just a cple of weeks, as she also stole his belongings and passport with him unable to return to Australia. So meant he couldn't renew passport to return home. Unfortunately this did lead to the horrifc living states of the detention centres there, drop hole toilet with a container of water to wash. Now as me being next of kin I need to fund his way home try and find somewhere for him to live, receive mediactions and care, clothes, food. Whilst alot of people have fell victim to these types of situations, as a mum of 5 kids I can't fund his return so hoping for some kind hearted people to help me return me almost 70 yr old dad home again. Even $1 if you can I'd be truely greatful for any help please.
