A Truck For Gerow

If you know Gerow Reece, you know a man who's beloved by many. He's like a zen master crossed with a stand-up comedian. He can turn a casual bowl of matcha into a spiritual awakening, and his calligraphy is so beautiful it makes your best handwriting look like a ransom note.

Gerow recently lost his truck of 30 years. He lent it to a Zen priest at the local temple (because who can say no to a monk, right?). Unfortunately, the universe (combined with a reckless driver in the opposite lane and a winding mountain road) had other plans. To avoid calamity, our monk friend plunged off the road, totaling the truck in the process. He survived with two broken ribs and a cracked collarbone. The truck, on the otherhand, broke every bone.
