Thank you to all who have reached out and continue to pray for Jack. On Wednesday, November 1st Jack was in a car accident on Hwy 41. He was rushed to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life. He suffered a severe brain injury and underwent life saving surgery. He is using everything he has to fight.

At this time Jack remains in critical care in the ICU at Froedtert. Each and every day is a win and provides hope for his situation. When people ask what can be done for the family, they are asking for hope, thoughts and prayers for Jack.

Jack Gerlach is a senior at Slinger High School. He has been part of the Slinger Wrestling Community since he was young. He is a three-time letter winner in wrestling and was selected as a captain for his senior season.

Update 1/23/2024: Jack was able to be moved to a rehab unit and is making progress. His family is so thankful for the support.
