<div>Thank you to all who have reached out and continue to pray for Jack. On Wednesday, November 1st Jack was in a car accident on Hwy 41. He was rushed to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life. He suffered a severe brain injury and underwent life saving surgery. He is using everything he has to fight.

<div>At this time Jack remains in critical care in the ICU at Froedtert. Each and every day is a win and provides hope for his situation. When people ask what can be done for the family, they are asking for hope, thoughts and prayers for Jack.

<div>Jack Gerlach is a senior at Slinger High School. He has been part of the Slinger Wrestling Community since he was young. He is a three-time letter winner in wrestling and was selected as a captain for his senior season.
