Geriatric Care Support

Hi, my name is Alecia Greer. I am the CEO/Founder of Love and Care Home Health Services LLC and I am fundraising for our geriatric communities. Love and Care Home Health Services LLC would love the opportunity to grow and become more efficient in serving our geriatric communities. The Nursing homes, Assisted Living Facilities, hospitals, and local home health care providers are short of staff, which is leading to very serious health issues including death. The geriatric community is growing, and the long-term care facilities are overflowing. I worked in the medical field for years and I can't tell you the amount of times that I have seen patients/clients who suffered horribly due to staff shortages or simply because people didn't care. One day that could be one of my loved ones or even myself in that situation and I wouldn't wish that on anyone! There are some Residents/Clients who have no one to care for them. I want to make a difference! We are asking for funding assistance to be able to hire more staff, provide necessary training, and relocate to better assist our clients and staff. Our Agency appreciates any and all help that is provided because it helps us to make a difference to those who desperately need it just by showing up and showing that we care.

HOW FUNDS WILL BE USED:

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)- gloves and masks

Training Software- Ensure employees are properly Certified

Background Checks/I-9 Verification Software

HR/Payroll/Time Tracking Software

Better location that fits the needs of Staff and Clients

Extra funds to be able to purchase goods/games/equipment when volunteering at the Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals
