My name is Madisyn Shipman, most frequently known as Kenzie on Nickelodeon's Game Shakers.
As some of you may know, my Mom is a registered nurse and is working daily on the front lines of this pandemic, and is dealing with patients combatting the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As the number of COVID-19 cases grows, there is an increasingly large demand for necessary supplies, such as protective medical gear and meals to support the many healthcare workers.
My goal is to raise as much money as possible in order to help the professionals that are putting their lives at risk on the front lines of this battle.
With all of the funds raised, we can provide meals for many nurses and healthcare professionals, support local organizations who are struggling to make personal protective gear, and donate to the organizations providing free mental health services for those on the frontlines during this ongoing pandemic.
Together we can make a difference and create positive change for those people who are in need.
With the help of each and every donation, we will be delivering meals and other necessary supplies to hospitals and home health care agencies who are rendering care to the patients in communities around the country.
Despite the dreadful nature of this dire situation, I believe it will only bring humanity closer together. I truly believe that once all of the dust settles, we all will realize the value of human connection. I want everyone to remember that we came together in a time of need, and will continue to do so in the future. Each and every one of us can make a difference.
