Gemma's Fund

On December 27, 2014 Gemma Kay was born (10 weeks early) weighing just 2 pounds 10 ounces and 14.5 inches long. She is now and will be in the NICU until she is strong enough to go home.  This fund is being set up to help Gemma's parents Jake and Emily Underwood cover any expenses that they will have to stay at Gemma's side while she gets big enough and strong enough to go home with them.

Jake and Emily live in Manhattan while Gemma is in the hospital in Topeka.  This family has many days of driving back and forth ahead of them.  This is the only way that they can work and still be with Gemma when they can.  Any amount will help get us to the goal in order for this family to spend as much time as possible together to forge the bonds between Gemma and her parents.
