Help Me Raise £3,000 for Autism In Racing

On 28th October 2026, I will be taking part in the Autism In Racing Fundraising Race at Nottingham Racecourse.

I have spent my career working within British racing and am currently an Assistant Trainer based in Middleham, North Yorkshire. Since leaving racing school in 1998, I have proudly worked for trainer Micky Hammond, building my career around hard work, teamwork and a passion for our sport.

Along the way, I have enjoyed some wonderful achievements, including riding a winner on the Flat at Hamilton Park and being named Leadership & Overall Winner at the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards in 2016.

Racing has given me so many opportunities throughout my career, and I am delighted to be taking part in this event to give something back.

Why I'm Supporting Autism In Racing
My goals have always been to keep learning, support those around me and be part of a team that creates something meaningful.

In recent years, that has included championing greater inclusion for young people within racing, whether they are autistic or living with other learning differences and life challenges.

I believe racing should be a sport where everyone feels welcome, supported and able to enjoy the opportunities it has to offer. That is why I am proud to be supporting Autism In Racing and helping raise both awareness and vital funds through this race.

About Autism In Racing
Autism In Racing is dedicated to improving accessibility, inclusion and opportunities for autistic people within horseracing.

Working alongside racecourses, industry partners and families across the UK, Autism In Racing delivers autism-friendly racedays, mentoring programmes, community activities and practical resources that help more autistic people engage with and enjoy our sport.

Funds raised through the Autism In Racing Fundraising Race at Nottingham Racecourse on 28th October 2026 will help the organisation continue expanding these initiatives, ensuring even more autistic people and their families can experience racing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

How You Can Help
My goal is to raise £3,000 to support Autism In Racing's work.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help create more opportunities, greater understanding and a more inclusive future for racing.

Please consider supporting my fundraising and helping Autism In Racing continue making a positive impact across the racing community.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
