GRTO Alliance Efforts

We are a group of home and business owners around Geist Reservoir who oppose the current Conservancy Petition filed in the Hamilton County Circuit Court. Our primary concerns are unfair borders, uncapped taxation, eminent domain, and annual assessments. 

Prior to the COVID pandemic we had amassed nearly 500 freeholder signatures in opposition.

We’re asking for donations to cover the following:

•Attorney Fees to File Motions in Opposition 
•Advertising to local residents and businesses
•Printing and distribution of flyers and petitions
•Meeting Space rental
•Website Hosting 

Through our community’s donations we have beaten back the initial CD attempt through the courts! They are now appealing and we continue to defend our community from unnecessary taxes and fees.
