Who We Are
Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties is a nonprofit organization with a mission to ensure everyone has a decent place to live. Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. It takes a strong community effort to build a house.
Volunteer Opportunities
A Brush With Kindness
This is an exterior home repair preservation program that helps low-income families repair the exterior of their homes. Volunteers help with projects such as painting, yard work and building ramps. Groups of 5 or less are accepted and social distancing and masks are required.
Habitat Home Build
We are currently building a home located at 2916 Grant Ave. Ogden. We need volunteers for everything from hanging drywall to painting and landscaping. No building experience is necessary and we will train on site. We prefer groups of 5 or less.
Ogden and Layton ReStores
The ReStores are donation centers. We need help sorting, cleaning and pricing donated items. The Layton Store is located at 859 West Hill Field Road. The Ogden store is located 3111 Wall Ave. The store hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We accept individuals and groups of 5 or less.
