My name is Hani. I’m a father of two children, Ella and Rakan, and my wife’s name is Dina. We used to live a simple life in our small home, and I relied on a small workshop as our only source of income.

During one of the attacks, our house was bombed and completely destroyed. I lost everything — our home, my workshop, and our sense of safety. Since then, life has become a daily struggle just to survive.

Today, we are living in a temporary shelter with no privacy and no security. Ella asks me every day when we can go home, and baby Rakan needs special care that I can no longer provide.
