Who is this Fund for?
The pandemic has created a desperate need for our undocumented friends and neighbors around the country who have lost their low-paid jobs, lack unemployment and healthcare benefits, and didn’t receive stimulus checks.
We created this fund so those with a financial surplus can share it directly—as gifts of cash—with these families, who are the poorest of the poor. We want to help them feed their children, buy medications they need, and importantly, let them know they are not alone, that others care about them and are reaching out to help them “hand to hand and heart to heart”. This is our way of affirming the underlying truth that, as part of the human family, “all are one”.
Who created this Fund?
The All Are One Fund was begun by actress Annie Potts (Ghostbusters, Designing Women, Toy Story, Young Sheldon), her husband, producer James Hayman (NCIS: New Orleans, Ugly Betty, The Sopranos, Northern Exposure) in partnership with long-time friends writers/producers Diane Frolov and Andrew Schneider (Chicago Med, Bosch, The Sopranos, Northern Exposure).
How we handle your donation
After receiving enough funds, we arrange to bundle $1,200 in cash (the amount of a stimulus check) for a family, place it in a gift box, wrap it beautifully with colorful ribbons, and then hand it lovingly to people who need it most—as a surprise gift.
To take part
Simply make a donation of any amount you wish.
